The accommodation
A short distance from San Gimignano, the farmhouse consists of two houses that house 5 independent apartments. All accommodations enjoy a splendid position on top of a hill, are furnished with care and various comforts and equipped with bathroom with shower. Each apartment, which takes the name of a bird typical of the region, has its own private entrance and its own garden surrounded by a hedge and equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.

Il Gufo is a characteristic apartment for couples on their honeymoon: on the ground floor, with apricot-coloured walls and beautiful brick ceilings, it consists of a kitchenette with fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The Rondine apartment overlooks the valley towards San Gimignano and is ideal for a couple with a child; it is radiated by an external stone staircase to the side of the house. It consists of a living/dining room with kitchenette in which, on request, an additional bed can be placed. A corridor leads to the double bedroom, furnished with traditional prints and furniture, and the bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, satellite TV, safe, garden with furniture and BBQ.
Il Pettirosso is the most welcoming apartment: it has a spacious furnished garden with barbecue, a double bedroom furnished in shades of yellow with bathroom and shower, living room with kitchenette, wrought iron spiral staircase leading to a private balcony of about 5 meters, well equipped for outdoor dining.
