Good morning Pauline,

the anti-COVID protocol, which we have to enforce, urges us to be very careful and in particular to limit contact. One of the most dangerous moments is the check in, where staying in an office and maybe with other customers waiting can be really risky. For this reason we send customers an email to enter their personal data (CHECK IN ON LINE) and then avoid touching the documents.
It also happens that more 'customers arrive at the same time and we try to avoid assemblages by speeding up the entry. Giving information on our territory is an important part of our work. Everyone is available at any time. We also have in the common hall near the restaurant, guide books, maps of the area, illustrative posters and all the material that the various local pro-loco put at our disposal.
About the food ours is a typical home cooking based on raw materials of our productions or local with particular attention to seasonality. Everything is cooked fresh with the use of extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality of our production. These things have a cost that is communicated before arriving.
We understand that some customers may not like Tuscan cuisine (and we are sorry), but in the area is full of restaurants, pizzerias and fast food.
