Posto del Sole offers spacious rooms where animals are welcome, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and free services such as Wi-Fi and private parking.

The farm is located in an area where you can practice various activities, including, cycling,
TRUFFLE EXPERIENCE , experience in the truffle quarry, with qualified and experienced staff;
pastoral life, possibility of bike rental service.
It is also possible to carry out paid activities outside the structure such as, RAFTING with qualified personnel; Horseback riding;
Bowling.

The accommodation
Large fabulous 16th century stone cottage with free wifi and all other amenities for guests.
This sunny structure stands on a small hill, in an open space, in the depths of the wood. Its elevated position allows you to embrace sublime panoramic views of olive groves, small villages on top of the hills, mountains, orchards and vineyards. And, immediately from your door, you enter a labyrinth of easy paths that wind in every direction up and down the mountains and in the nearby hamlets.
For all those who have mobility problems, the land near the house is easily accessible.
Consisting of 3 independent apartments, very quiet environment - 8 km from the center of Spoleto, above Bazzano, on the side of Spoleto, near Assisi - excellent location for sightseeing.

On request, we can fully equip the three apartments for total independence.
On the ground floor there is a breakfast room, where the expert staff of the structure prepares rich buffets of sweet or savory with fresh products of the territory and the 'company.

Ground floor in addition to the common rooms for guests of the structure and present No. 1 apartment consists of a double bedroom with the possibility of adding two single beds, bathroom with shower, and living room with fireplace where there is a double bed and a sofa bed, 1 large closet, which can be used as an extra bedroom on request. The upper floor consists of 2 large apartments with kitchenette:

On the first floor there is a large veranda on which most of the rooms open.

Activities and surrounding
Spoleto , Ancient capital of the Lombard dukes, will leave you breathless thanks to the richness of the historical and artistic heritage of the city, testimony of the most diverse historical periods that saw it as a protagonist. It is not easy, among the many beauties, to decide where to start to visit Spoleto: we suggest you to start your itinerary from the majestic Rocca Albornoziana, which dominates the city. Illustrious evidence of the presence of popes and governors in Spoleto, the Fortress, bordered by a high system of perimeter walls alternating with six squared towers, is in fact the symbol of the city and is divided into two distinct areas: the Courtyard of Honour, with the National Museum of the Duchy and a multipurpose space for exhibitions, concerts and conferences, and the Courtyard of Arms, with an open-air theater. If you don't suffer from vertigo, go up to the Ponte delle Torri bridge that joins the Rocca and Monteluco. This bridge is impressive and unique in its kind: 230 meters long and 82 meters high, it seems to have been built between the thirteenth century and the next century, after the looting of Spoleto by Barbarossa. Going down, take advantage to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Roman Empire visiting the Roman Theatre (I century AD.) which is still used for various shows and performances. Then take via Monterone as far as the crossroads: on your right you have Palazzo Mauri (seat of the Municipal Library), on your left the church of Sant'Ansano and the crypt of Sant'Isacco - (XI-XVIII centuries) as well as the Arch of Druso and Germanico. Before arriving in Piazza del Mercato, turn left until you reach the entrance of Palazzo Leti Sensi: it was the Palazzo del Podestà, then the historical seat of the Consorzio della Bonificazione Umbra, now used for exhibitions and shows. finally arrived in Piazza del Duomo among the things to see in Spoleto there is the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, a rare example of synthesis of Romanesque architecture, which houses frescoes by Pinturicchio and Filippo Lippi, and the beautiful Roman house attributed to the mother of the emperor Vespasiano Polla.
Perugia is the capital of Umbria. There are many things to see inside it because it is the true cultural heart of the region. The Piazza della Fontana Maggiore, the Palazzo dei Priori, the Cathedral of San Lorenzo are monuments not to be missed.
Even the beautiful village of Assisi is one of the most important things to see in Umbria. Whether you want to retrace the places of St. Francis or simply look for a destination rich in art and masterpieces Assisi, with its basilicas.
At 15 km from the structure you can easily reach the beautiful valleys of Norcia, the capital of the "precious black truffle" and at about 48 km you can reach Cascia and the basilica of Santa Rita or Rocca Porena where there is the rock where in the past Santa Rita prayed.
At about 24 km you can reach the beautiful village of Montefalco where the historic red wine of Montefalco or Sagrantino is born.

We had a wonderful weekend thanks to Marco and Monica who are two very kind hosts. A farmhouse completely available to our families with exclusive use of the swimming pool in the green of Umbria. Do not be afraid of the difficulty to reach it. It's worth it.
