The agriturismo

The farm is located in the hills not far from Gubbio and can accommodate up to 13 people, for this reason relaxation and tranquility are guaranteed.

The 14x6 meter swimming pool is located in the olive grove in a panoramic and sunny position all day long.

Outdoor areas: a gazebo for each apartment + a grill available for guests, Wi-Fi, parking inside the property. For those traveling by bike or motorbike there is an indoor venue.

Inside the apartment you will find a guide made by us that will help you visit Umbria with ease.

The distance from the shops for purchases is 6 km, only 1 km we have a typical Umbrian trattoria with local products at km 0, on weekends if the number of participants allows it we organize dinners in our farmhouse.

The accommodation

Guests awaken to the sound of birds and the scent of clean, fresh air: the nature gives a sense of peacefulness and tranquility. The farmhouse is surrounded by circa 200,000 sq m of forests, meadows, and a hill where nature may be admired.

Frantoio: flat with outdoor staircase and terrace. With large living room-kitchen with master sofa bed, large bath, master bedroom (we also offer single beds).

Leccino: with living room-kitchen and sofa bed, large bath and bedroom on different levels. Romantic flat for couples (with or without kids).  

Moraiolo: larger flat, ideal for families or two couples. With living-room-kitchen, large corridor, large bath, 2 master bedrooms (also with single beds).
Leccino and Moraiolo can be reached by an inside staircase and are closeby.

We periodically organize photography courses.

The accommodation facility is located a few kilometers away from the major centers of cultural and artistic interest, such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Lake Trasimeno.

Here I am with my wife, Moglie Alessandra , abbiamo due figli: Marta e Giacomo , il nostri cani Nebbia e Kira, l'asinello Giotto e 10 gatti.
I have been doing this job for 10 years with my wife.
As well as we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we run the courses.
It was a desire to to meet new and interesting people all the time which led me to run an agriturismo.
