The agriturismo
On a hill with panoramic views and nestled in the Umbrian countryside, just 15 minutes from Città di Castello, the agriturismo is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The farmhouse has three self-contained apartments, tastefully furnished and equipped with all amenities, with direct access to the swimming pool with panoramic views and gardens.
The accommodation
The “Girasole” apartment is located opposite the pool, with a garden equipped with barbecue and gazebo for outdoor cooking. It has a kitchen and dining room, living room with fireplace, satellite TV and reading area, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The “Iris apartment” consists of a living area with kitchenette and fireplace, TV and reading area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. It can be connected to the “Tulipano” apartment.
The “Tulipano” apartment consists of a dining room, a kitchen, a living room with carved stone fireplace from the early 1800s, a reading area and TV, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony.
The salt water swimming pool, from which guests can enjoy views of the valley and the nearby village, is located in a green area overlooking the farmhouse. The pool is surrounded by spacious gardens with benches, parasols, deckchairs and a gazebo, the ideal place for those who want to listen to music, read, sunbathe or enjoy a meal poolside.
The taverna restaurant has been converted from the old cellars and stables from the house which, still retaining its distinctive features, enables those who enter to relive the atmosphere of the peasant period. Guests can enjoy typical traditional Umbrian dishes, wine and local produce. The agriturismo also has a small chapel.
