The agriturismo
In the Umbrian hills, in a peaceful oasis, the farmhouses which make up the old mill have been renovated with respect for the typical Umbrian architecture, preserving all the charm of the stone walls, exposed wooden beams and terracotta paving.
Ideally located between Umbria, Tuscany and the Marche, the hamlet offers the perfect base for exploring beautiful nature, visiting artistic attractions and discovering fine food and wine. The swimming pool and the sounds of Assino river, which runs along the estate, make for an even more relaxing stay.
The accommodation
The agriturismo comprises 5 apartments (2 three-room and 3 two-room), each with a bathroom with shower, kitchen with oven, gas hob, fridge and crockery, a lounge with double soda bed, satellite TV, independent entrance and independent heating. In more detail: Girasole is a three-room apartment spread over two floors, with covered, furnished outdoor space, two bathrooms and two double bedrooms (internal staircase). Ciclamino is a ground floor two-room apartment with private outdoor space and one double bedroom The two-room apartments Primula and Fiordaliso are on the first floor, and each comprise a single double bedroom; Fiordaliso also has a small mezzanine with sofa bed (for children). The three-room apartment Ginestra is on the ground floor, ideal for disabled guests, with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and private outdoor space.
All guests also have access to the beautiful swimming pool with whirlpool tub, a children's play area, two barbecues and an archery range.
