Thefarmhouse in Umbria Case Graziani has spacious and comfortable vacation apartments, ideal for families with children and groups of friends.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchens, TV and safe are just some of the amenities available in the apartments.
In our beautiful charming farmhouse you will find a panoramic swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a relaxing Finnish sauna and a fitness room with weights and equipment where you can exercise. For the little ones there is a game room with table soccer, books and board games to spend time with other children.
The accommodation
Agriturismo Case Graziani is the old farm owned since the 1700s by the Graziani family, which includes the old manor house, a former olive press, the old lemon house, and the current home of the owners.
The old garden with century-old trees has been enriched with a beautiful infinity pool with Jacuzzi, a sauna, a small gymnasium, a children's playroom and a ping pong table to offer our guests the relaxation and peaceful atmosphere of the countryside.
The property is fully fenced, has two gated entrances to access the parking lots and apartments, so children can move around and play inside the farmhouse safely. A large communal terrace with barbecue and tables offers a beautiful view of the countryside and excellent grills can be enjoyed there. Typical local specialties are readily available in all stores only 1.5 km away and 3 km for supermarkets. Local cuisine present in all restaurants.
From the three buildings that make up the complex, eight apartments of various sizes and features have been created respecting the original architecture to accommodate small and large families. The interiors are well maintained with some antique furniture, wall kitchens have excellent kitchenware. There are all modern conveniences in each apartment: dishwasher, electric and microwave oven, large fridge with freezer, stove, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, telephone, safe, WI-FI in each apartment, garden and pool.
- Palazzo 1: Large apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 double sofa bed, 1 single sofa bed and large living room.
- Palazzo 2: Large and comfortable apartment located on the second floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 large terraces with views.
- Palazzo 3: The largest apartment, on the third floor, with 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 single sofa bed, 4 bathrooms and 2 terraces.
- Frantoio 1: Comfortable and cozy apartment with 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, covered terrace overlooking the garden.
- Frantoio 2: Apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 double sofa bed in the living room and covered patio. Accessible to the disabled.
- Frantoio 3: Comfortable apartment perfect for couples with children, equipped with 2 bedrooms (one room with a double bed and one room with a French bed), 1 bathroom, private outdoor space.
- Olivara: Large apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 double sofa bed, large outdoor space with private barbecue.
Activities and surrounding
In addition to enjoying relaxation and well-being thanks to our 8 x 16 m. pool with whirlpool and typical Finnish sauna, you can use the fitness room and terrace with barbecue. For children, there is no shortage of outdoor play area and game room with foosball table.
Given the central location of the structure it will be very easy to visit and get to know the beautiful towns on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, such as Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena. No less interesting are the countless medieval villages of which the two regions are rich: Panicale, Castiglione del Lago, Città della Pieve, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino.
