The agriturismo
The Agriturismo Colle Maggio is a very nice stone farmhouse that offers complete privacy and tranquility, located in Valfabbrica about 3 km from the town center.
The accommodation
The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. There are three bedrooms: one double (1 double bed), one quadruple (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed + possible cot) and one twin (no. 1 bunk bed) and in the large living room a comfortable sofa bed. A cot and a high chair can be provided at no cost, the kitchen is fully equipped. In the winter months (from October to April) will be added the cost for heating (€ 5.00 per cubic meter consumed). The pool area is completely fenced off and complies with all current safety regulations. It is for the exclusive use of the guests. The dimensions are: 11 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.5 m, ideal for children. Guests will have full access to the entire house and all amenities. Possibility of barbecue, gazebo by the pool, large outdoor space completely fenced.

Valfabbrica is located on the left bank of the river Chiascio, is a small town of about 3500 inhabitants, quiet, with a still uncontaminated environment and away from the chaotic world polluted by noise and industry. The village offers a sports ground, two tennis courts, a multipurpose gym and a small riding stable.

I have been managing Colle Maggio since 2002 along with my family.
As well as we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
I chose this job because to keep the family business alive
