The agriturismo

Fonte al Noce farmhouse, family run, is located about 6 km fromGubbio and enjoys a splendid panorama. Obtained from an old medieval village, it has maintained the typical characteristics of the Umbrian rural buildings.

It has a real tennis club, with the possibility of lessons, a clay tennis court and a multipurpose basketball and volleyball, soccer, next to the reception there is a snack bar. In the garden there are many relaxing corners with sunbeds, a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. Sauna and massages by appointment.

The accommodation

The farmhouse has two-roomed, three-roomed and a four-roomed apartments. All the apartments have anindependent entrance, independent heating , wood fireplace , TV, masonry kitchen with dishwasher. They are equipped with bed linen and towels.

Two-room apartments ( 2 2 persons): Double bedroom, living room with sofa bed (for the exclusive use of children under 12 years).

Three-room apartments ( 4 2 persons): Double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, living room with sofa bed (for the exclusive use of children up to 12 years),

Four-room apartment ( 6 2 persons): Three double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed (for the exclusive use of children).

During the summer, breakfast is served outdoors, in the panoramic veranda, with croissants, juices, homemade cakes, yogurt and fresh fruit, cereals, jams and honey: all products are fresh and prepared according to the Umbrian tradition.

On request: energy breakfast for sportsmen.

In the farmhouse it is possible to taste the products of our own production among which the extra virgin olive oil stands out.

You can use the wellness area with infrared sauna, outdoor whirlpool with water up to 40 °.

Activities and surrounding

The farmhouse is located in Gubbio, rich in history and Franciscan testimonies.

It is an excellent starting point for various excursions: Perugia and Assisi are 40 km far; Todi, Spoleto and the caves of Frasassi about 50 km; the sea around Fano about 80 km. Our farmhouse is immersed in the green Umbrian landscape.

For sportsmen:

- The tennis club of the farmhouse isrun by the son of the owners, a tennis teacher. It offers the possibility to follow individual lessons and courses.

- Three exclusive trekking paths with guide, one of which starts from the farmhouse. The lovers of trekking vacations will find unique and uncontaminated landscapes, they will be able to admire unforgettable panoramas visible only from places reachable on foot.Personalized excursions are organized.

- Multipurpose field for basketball, volleyball and soccer.

 

For art lovers:

- Painting courses for groups

- Art therapy path in the nature for groups.
