The accommodation
The farmhouse is located in a prestigious setting: surrounded by a large garden with high trees and fields, it offers accommodation in comfortable furnished apartments. Ideal for a stay in contact with nature and culture, thanks to the proximity to the main Umbrian tourist destinations such as Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia.
More precisely we are in the open countryside and 10 minutes from Perugia, 15 from Assisi and 20 from Gubbio, in an old historical farmhouse, completely restored. We have 6 nice large and small apartments (2, 4 and 6 beds) with independent entrance and heating, independent bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and fireplace. The holiday home also has a small orchard, ample vehicle parking, mountain biking and offers the opportunity to visit the olive oil mill. For the summer period the farmhouse has a contract with a parallel structure with a private swimming pool within a 5-minute walk.
For stays of at least one week a discount is charged on the price per night.
