The agriturismo
The farmhouse, once a mill, is located in the countryside of Giano dell'Umbria, on the Sagrantino Wine Route. The property is surrounded by 6 hectares of land cultivated with wheat, sunflowers and barley, and home to large grounds filled with age-old trees.
The accommodation
Guest accommodation is provided in 5 independent apartments furnished in rustic Umbrian style. Il Castagno, the largest, is on the first floor, and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge with open fire and a kitchen with dishwasher. There is also a large terrace with table, chairs and umbrella. Il Ciliegio, on the ground floor, opposite the swimming pool, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - one of which is suitable for disabled guests, and a large lounge with well-equipped kitchen. L'Ulivo and Pino are first floor apartments which share a communal terrace with tables, chairs and umbrellas for each of the 2 apartments. Each one accommodates up to 6 guests, offering 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge with well-equipped kitchen. Il Leccio, on the first floor, has a spacious double bedroom, bathroom and a lounge-kitchen.
At the heart of the grounds you’ll find the large swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, and 2 adjacent covered areas with tables, benches, barbecues and lounge areas.
