The villa is located on the edge of a forest of ancient holm oaks, in a vast protected area that still retains unique environmental features. The farm is housed in an ancient border post, expertly restored to maintain the historical elements, built in the form of a tower along the route that travelers were forced to follow to avoid the marshy lands of the ford. The feeling that you feel in this place is that of being in a small village where, once, life was marked by the changing of seasons and agricultural activities. The farm is run strictly with organic criteria and produces excellent quality oil to be tasted as well as homemade biscuits and jams.

The accommodation

Double bedroom, single bedroom with wrought iron bed in French style (size 95x180) and bathroom with shower and toilet. **Apartment Mastro Giorgio da Gubbio** on the ground floor, consisting of large living room with kitchen complete with stove, electric oven, fridge and dishes. Inside the double bedroom decorated iron bed (size 150x188), single bed (size 75x181) inside the living room, bathroom with shower and toilet. **Yellow Room** with double bed and bathroom as well as loft with breakfast corner equipped with espresso machine, kettle, cappuccino maker and welcome basket with breakfast products. All units are furnished with elegant Empire style antique furniture and period items. Outside there is a large terrace equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs. They have air conditioning.
