Pian del Tevere is a charming farmhouse surrounded by the green Umbrian countryside, consisting of two structures "Pian del Tevere" and "Casella della Barca", located 300 meters away. It is located in a strategic position in the center of Umbria, near Perugia, Assisi, Todi and all the other art cities. Both facilities are furnished with care and attention to all details. The apartments are spacious and welcoming to invite guests to feel at ease, as if they were in their own country house in Italy. They are equipped with every comfort, wifi, air conditioning, TV.The garden of Pian del Tevere is large and well kept, the pool is surrounded by green and sunny. The garden of Casella instead is full of flowers and fruit trees. A true paradise!

The Pian del Tevere holiday farm has 4 large and bright apartments with fireplace, furnished with taste and care completely independent and equipped with every comfort. The garden is large and equipped with tables and chairs and a comfortable canopy. The pool is large and sunny. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, television and air conditioning.
Il Patollo has a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette and a large double bedroom. It has a private bathroom.
The Poventa is big and comfortable. It has a large living room with fireplace and kitchen, a double room and a triple room with loft. There are two bathrooms, both with shower cubicles. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, equipped kitchen, wifi, air conditioning and TV.
Il Granaio is a spacious and welcoming apartment. The living room, with 8 windows overlooking the countryside, has a fireplace and a comfortable kitchen.
