The agriturismo
Within the 19th-century walls of a beautiful architectural complex in the heart of Umbria are vacation apartments and a 300-seat reception hall for ceremonies and private events. In addition to the well-kept garden, the farmhouse houses a country museum in an old restored barn, a children's pool with a park equipped with games, ping-pong table and bowling alley.
The property is a starting point for interesting excursions to Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Todi, Gubbio and all the fantastic Umbrian villages.
The accommodation
The Lavender apartment is spacious and located in the old part of the farmhouse; it sports exposed 18th-century beams and offers 3 bathrooms, 2 double beds and 4 singles. The Salvia apartment is on the first floor, can accommodate disabled people and has an outside porch, a double bed and a single bed. Rosmarinus apartment is ideal for families: it has 2 separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room; it enjoys views of Perugia. Allium apartment is lofted and offers one double bed and two singles. Basilicum is the smallest with one double and one single bed.
Weddings and events can be held in the park in summer, or in the hall in winter, taking advantage of a typically local catering service and scenic organization (from invitations to decorations to paperwork).
Activities and surrounding
The staff organizes excursions to local wineries and organic farms. In addition to MTB rides (available on the farm), guests can easily reach golf courses (20 km away), tennis and soccer fields, riding stables for horseback riding excursions outlets, shopping venues (cashmere, jewelry).
