GENERAL CONDITIONS - HOTEL RESERVATION CONTRACT:
Check-in: after 12:00 noon and by 8:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
N.B. Any delays and out of hours, must be agreed in advance with the management, subject to payment of a surcharge of Euro 20.00 for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 and Euro 40:00 for arrivals between 22:00 and 24:00
The management, requests to observe with absolute respect the Check-out time, so as to allow the apartments to be settled and subsequently occupied.
In case of delay in vacating the apartments, exceeding 30 minutes from the Check-out time, the Management will apply a penalty equal to 50% of the daily rate per person, as per the price list for the relevant period of LOW or HIGH season.
Upon arrival at the facility, the management reserves the right to request a deposit of € 150.00 which will be returned upon departure, after checking the condition of the unit issued. The deposit, can only be paid in cash(we do not have a credit or debit card terminal).
For weekly apartment stays, there is a cleaning charge of Euro 30.00 for Baita , 50.00 for Chalet and Villa Cottage and 100.00 for Villa Casolare plus Euro 20.00 for electricity for each unit ,a 40 for Villa Casolare.
Air conditioning: weekly cost euro 50 for Baita, euro 70 for Chalet, Villa Cottage Umbertide, Villa Cottage Gubbio, euro 120 for Villa Casolare, euro 150 for Villa 18 persons, euro 190 for Villa 22 persons, euro 240 for Villa 26 persons.
For offers related to special offers and promotional packages, the management reserves discretion, the application of the reductions provided for children.
Each apartment, is equipped with bed linen according to the number of occupants in addition to, the bathroom linen, composed as follows:
Any bed linen or towels, will be provided upon payment of an extra charge as follows:
Pair of bed linen for double bed Euro 20.00 - Pair of bed linen for single bed Euro 10.00;
ADULT KIT bathroom linen: Euro 10.00 - KIT CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS of age bathroom linen: Euro 5.00 -
We remind you that it is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE, both in the apartments and, in all other common areas of the facility. In case of non-compliance, the protempore manager of the facility, may issue regular fines as required by law. from Euro 25.00 to Euro 250.00 in addition, charge the cost for water cleaning of the furniture.
TERMS OF CANCELLATIONS AND PENALTIES FOR THOSE WHO BOOK BY PHONE OR EMAIL
Cancellations can be made without penalty within 31 days from the Check-in date.
Reservations related to packages and promotional offers, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE and therefore, in case of cancellation, the full cost of the stay will be equally charged.
Resort tax for all persons 14 years of age and older: 2.50 euros per person per night
