The agriturismo

Agriturismo Umbrian Sunrise is located in the immediate vicinity of the village of Collemancio . It overlooks the green hills of the Colli Martani and isin a strategic position with respect to the Umbrian places of historical and artistic interest.

The accommodation

The structure is composed of two apartments:

- Apartment "Leccino" : 50 sqm, 4 rooms, 4 beds and accessible for disabled (with large bathroom without barriers, easy to facilitate any movement)

- Apartment "Moraiolo": 50 square metres, 4 rooms, 5 beds.

From the entrance door, on the right side, there is the living room with LCD TV; the French window leads to the external garden for private use, where it is possible to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside with the green background of the surrounding landscape. On the left is the kitchen equipped with stove, oven, fridge, dishes, table and chairs well lit by the external light.

The windows are equipped with double glazing, mosquito nets and adjustable curtains to vary the flow of light.

The rooms: double bedroom with TV, furnished with two bedside tables, bed with wooden headboard, large wardrobe, and there is the possibility of adding another bed; room with two single beds, bedside cabinet and desk.

Bathroomequipped with washbasin with mirror, cabinet, toilet (also functioning as bidet in the apartment Leccino), shower.

 

Activities and surrounding

Near the farmhousethere are numerous paths immersed in the harmony of the Umbrian hills, where you can take relaxing walks or bike rides.

The origins date back to Roman times, as evidenced by the archaeological site of Urvinum Hortense, majestically positioned on the valley that dominated the Lacus Umber, which can be visited freely.

It's also possible to reach the Municipal Museum of Cannara, inside which are guarded numerous finds coming from Urvinum Hortense. The most representative is a polychrome mosaic of 65 square metres with black, white and red tesserae.

In a few minutes, it is also possible to reach the medieval village of Collemancio, where you can visit the Church of S.Stefano and the Church of S.Bernardino.

Near the farmhouse there are Assisi,Spello, Bevagna, Spoleto and also many farms and wineries where you can taste typical local products.
