The agriturismo
The typical stone farmhouse, renovated while keeping its original structure intact, overlooks the Nestore Valley and is set in a corner of Umbria that has retained until today a dimension of environmental harmony. In fact, the farmhouse is only 2 km from Panicale, a place elected "Italy's Ideal Village" and repeatedly mentioned among the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy."
The accommodation
The farmhouse has 14 beds distributed in 3 apartments of different sizes. Each apartment has a separate entrance and is furnished in the style of typical country villas.
Il Cipresso: is the most spacious of the apartments and is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. This 130-square-meter apartment was recovered from the old barn and today can accommodate up to 6 people. It has been entirely renovated by recovering the original materials, combined with modern touches that make the environment functional. It offers a large eat-in kitchen, equipped for kitchen lovers. The sleeping area includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
L'Ulivo: is the second apartment by beds, is located in the structure that stands next to the farmhouse and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. You will find in front of the front door a terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella, for dining or enjoying nature in relaxation.
L'Olmo: ideal for small families or couples and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people; smaller but no less attention to detail that should make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We offer accommodations of exceptional care and comfort, all with panoramic views or with direct exit to the estate surrounding the farmhouse. In addition to all the comforts inside, outside your apartment you will have not only breathtaking scenery, but also the convenience of a panoramic swimming pool, TV lounge, barbecue, a green area equipped even for the little ones, and the whole offer dedicated to horse lovers.
The farmhouse, conveniently located a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno, is surrounded by 26 hectares of woods, vineyards and olive groves.
Activities and surrounding
At our farm you can find and buy a selection of jams and marmalades made from our fruit plants and the fruits of the land around us, gifts from the meadows and forests, which we will teach you to seek out, recognize and taste with activities and field experiences. In addition, we produce and sell our own Icea-certified Evo Bio oil.
The farmhouse is the starting point for all kinds of cultural and food and wine excursions.
Between Arezzo, Siena and Perugia, the Valdichiana, with over 500 square kilometers of nature and crops, has for years been considered the world archetype of the countryside. The fine red wines of Montepulciano and Colli del Trasimeno, and the beauty of villages rich in history make it a diverse area for a vacation of taste, culture, new experiences and relaxation. Known all over the world for the original combination of natural beauty and cultural heritage, it is in this unique landscape that the Strade del Vino, Le Strade dell'olio e dei sapori of Umbria and Tuscany unfold.
