The agriturismo
The farmhouse has been restored combining local tradition with modern comforts and reducing energy consumption and environmental impact. The estate, entirely fenced, extends over 6 hectares in which a forest offers the possibility of pleasant walks in complete safety.
The 5 double rooms with en suite bathroom can, in certain periods and on request, become 2 independent apartments: on the first floor, Cielo offers 2 rooms with bathroom, equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms with bathrooms (one of which is designed for the disabled), a fully equipped kitchen like the previous one and a living room. Free Wi-Fi is available both inside and outside the hotel.
The accommodation
Between the hills of Umbria, Orvieto and Cittą della Pieve, the estate is the ideal place to regenerate. Rooms with bathroom, cosy apartments, lively nature and various activities.
The house is a typical agricultural structure, which reserves for guests rooms and apartments immersed in the tranquility of the Umbrian countryside. The farm produces EVO oil, saffron, and more.

The breakfast, sweet and savory, very rich and typical, is served in the greenhouse that was built in the courtyard of the house. The structure is completed by a meeting room for groups of up to 15/20 people, a garden with a very large garden that in summer offers vegetables for guests.
Maria and Cesare (the owners), live in an independent portion of the house, along with 2 dogs: Joy and Belle.
The farm is the ideal place to rest: guests can enjoy the sun in the garden, collaborate in the care of the garden, walk among the fields and in the woods, play with the two dogs of the house. On request, Italian cooking lessons, tastings of farm products, dinners, regenerating activities (massages, couseling, garden therapy, etc. ...) are offered.
The farmhouse is located 2 km from Monteleone d'Orvieto, halfway between Rome and Florence. The territory is a treasure chest of extraordinary works of art and ideal for excursions to Lake Trasimeno, the Val d'Orcia, Siena and Montepulciano. All around the farm, medieval villages nestled among the hills and a few kilometers Orvieto, Spoleto City of the Parish. Numerous music festivals throughout the year.
