Each of the 4 apartments comes with a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with fridge and a private bathroom with shower and bidet. On the ground floor large tavern with kitchen and facilities, handicapped access. Apartment ground floor possibility of transforming accommodation: one or two-roomed apartment (2p + 3) depending on the needs. Kitchenette, bathroom, independent heating and double entrance. Air-conditioning, access to handicapped carers. The other apartments consist of living room with kitchenette and bedroom with bathroom. Each one is independent with independent heating. The house is a 20-minute drive from Terni, 15 km from Lake Piediluco and 35 minutes by car from Spoleto.
