Località Laghetto di Sugano, 5, Orvieto 05018 Orvieto (Terni)
The farmhouse is a beautiful farm of 26 acres between the hills in front of Orvieto, at the foot of the village of Sugano. Sweet chestnut woods surround our farm where are vineyards, olive groves and pastures and we produce Orvieto Doc red wine and extra-virgin olive oil.
The accommodation is provided in three restored stone farmhouses dating from the late 1900 to the early 20th century.
Each of these building has been renovated to respect the history and tradition of the area and maintains the names of the farmers that originally lived here:
The Casale di Natale is where they live and has two guest lounges with fireplaces and two on-suite bedrooms
The Casale di Adelio is an independent farmhouse (120 mq) where are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an ample kitchen and a lounge with fireplace, barbecue, wood oven
The Casale di Trappolino is truly unique with four en-suite bed and breakfast rooms on the first floor, each with TV, small fridge, electric fan, and two apartments, accommodating five guests and three guests respectively on the ground floor. The smaller apartment is suitable for disabled guests.
They have taken great care to ensure that the décor of each Casale has been created through many years of patient research, careful collection of antiques and the skills of furniture restorers.
To the guests the farmhouse offers the swimming-pool, the play of the bowls, mountain-bikes for rent, table-tennis, table-football. We offer walking-tours with professional guide trougth the hills of the orviietan and high Tuscia territories, with chance of taste wines and goat-cheese.
The farm is 8 km far from Orvieto, where is possible to visit museums, the Dom, the S.Patrik's well, the etruskan graves.
