The agriturismo
Ancient Podere immersed in the typical Umbrian countryside among olive groves, pastures, cultivated fields, woods of holm oaks and centuries-old oaks at 400 m. asl.
It owes its name to its former owners, the Counts Ràcani, a noble Umbrian family whose coat of arms featured two lizards (ràcani in dialect).
The agricultural activity is devoted to the cultivation of fruit trees, olive trees from which a high quality oil is made, breeding of sheep and court animals such as chickens, ducks, horses and dogs.
The accommodation
Three independent apartments were created from the careful renovation of the stables and barn:
The Cypresses and the Barn have a patio, outdoor veranda with table and chairs, living room with fireplace, kitchenette, dining table, sofa, bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and third bed on the loft or two double bedrooms.
The Granary has living room with fireplace, kitchenette, dining table, sofa and armchairs, loft with two beds and balustrade overlooking the living room, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, garden with table and chairs.
The swimming pool and ping-pong table offer a pleasant break for relaxation and fun. The farm provides bicycles and, by reservation, staff for a relaxing Ayurvedic massage.
The farm produces cold-pressed oil to the highest quality standards, delicious jams of plums, cherries, apricots, quinces and black mulberries, fresh eggs, and thegarden is always full of seasonal produce for guests to enjoy.
Activities and surrounding
Some of Umbria's most treasured towns such as Orvieto, Narni, Todi, Spoleto and Spello can be reached within an hour's drive, while just 5 km from the farmhouse is a well-equipped riding school with an instructor for children and adults.
The creation of the Cultural Park is the dream and ambitious goal of the farm's owners. An open-air exhibition in the paths in the middle of the forest, a place where art is born, where new languages are experimented with, where to tune in to the beauty of Umbrian nature and where art is protected and enhanced.
They are looking for sculptors, creators of natural ideas, people willing to create at the farm their works to create a Balance Path. An opportunity for the many young unknown artists to exhibit in this natural setting to make their works known and for the many great established artists to give their attention and leave a sign of their passage.

Hi, my name is Nicola and I am 61 years old.
I have been doing this job for 18 years along with my mother.
As well as we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
