The farm is located halfway between Florence and Rome, in a strategic position and easily accessible from the highway, allows you to easily reach Orvieto and Cittą della Pieve, Lake Trasimeno and Perugia, as well as the beautiful Val d'Orcia, which in addition to being the ideal starting point for exploring Tuscany, is also the origin of fascinating food and wine itineraries.
The farm is easily accessible through a convenient white road surrounded by olive groves that ends in a large parking lot on the edge of the garden of the farm.
The accommodation

The facility consists of two old stone farmhouses, carefully renovated preserving its original features. The farm is managed organically and is in the same spirit which was organized the farm, opting for the choice of materials and solutions with low environmental impact.
The farm has a total of 9 rooms, of which 5 ground floor directly overlooking the garden and 4 on the first floor with beautiful views over the surrounding landscape.
The rooms are spacious and bright, each with its own style, have been furnished with taste and simplicity without sacrificing attention to detail. Each room has a large private bathroom with window.
Bed and bathroom linen is natural cotton. Pool towels are available on request at an additional cost.
The hotel has no air conditioning, normally the night breeze and a fan are sufficient to ensure a good rest.
Upstairs you will find a sitting room where you can gather to play cards or Scrabble. The property does not have a TV.
WIFI is available at reception and in the dining room, as well as in the adjacent garden.
The offer includes accommodation with breakfast based on fresh seasonal produce, grown or sourced locally, giving preference to cakes and homemade jams, organic honey, yogurt and fresh fruit.
Breakfast is served in the garden during the summer, and in the cosy dining room of the main house in cooler seasons. Customers are requested to report at the time of booking any food intolerances.
