The farm is located in the generous land of Romagna, on the rolling hills that slope down to the city of Faenza, rich in noble traditions and treasures of ceramic art unique in the world in an Agrestic and Quiet ideal for short stays and family vacations.

The accommodation consists of 7 rooms, 6 apartments 2 Suites . We have renovated an old farmhouse of 350 meters that can accommodate groups of family or friends of 9 people and is equipped with large kitchen, living room and barbecue area to spend holidays in company and relaxation.

The rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, some with refrigerator and are furnished with furniture of the end of '800.

The apartments (from Mtq. 46 to 66Mtq ) all have independent entrance, living room with kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor, bedroom in the loft, air conditioning, TV. All the apartments have a small private area outside which in spring/summer is equipped with garden tables and chairs. The Suite (Mtq.80) has a large living room, bedroom, bathroom, complete kitchen, air conditioning, tv, independent entrance.

SPA: Relax in our wonderful SPA in Faenza with HYDROMASSAGE, SAUNA and TURKEY BATH and enjoy our cuddles made of small delicacies and organic herbal teas in the romantic round bed inside. A swimming pool is available for guests to spend relaxing moments surrounded by greenery among olive trees and vineyards. Barbecu. in common for outdoor cooking.

The restaurant is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. On Sundays open for lunch and dinner, it offers the possibility to delight your palate with typical Romagna specialities, from homemade pasta such as cappelletti, tagliatelle, orecchioni, passatelli, strozzapreti to roasts, tagliate, grilled meat, sliced meats, fried pizza and piadina, naturally combined with the company's D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. wines.

You will be hosted in the winter months in an old renovated stable and in the summer months in the porch adjacent to the park, in full contact with nature.

Ideal structure also to celebrate Weddings, Communions, Birthdays and any other kind of celebration.

A multimedia room with 60 seats is available to organize courses, conferences and meetings even for several days.

Farmhouse and winery, extend over an area of 35 hectares cultivated with vineyards for a production of about 150,000 bottles per year.

The wines are all DOC and DOCG: Albana, Sangiovese, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Cagnina Pagadebit and Colli di Faenza Rose',Famous.
