I am really sorry and surprised to read your review, considering that as you may see from the reviews of guests who stayed at your same cottage (Mora) before and after you, it is probably the most beloved and appreciated one among our three accommodations. The apartment is exactly the same you can see both in the picture of agriturismo.it and in our website.The swimming pool was built last year, it is an organic pool with water cleaned by means of mineral salts, and it is in the middle of a little wood, to ensure our guest the highest level of relax and privacy. It is the very first time people complain for not having the possibility to join the old, crowded swimming pool of the agriturismo near ours! It was august, there were almost 40 degrees and I believe the water couldn't probably be as cold as you wanted. It is true that in the agriturismo near us (not ours!) there was a wedding one day during your stay. People probably celebrated it and were a bit too noisy with music and laughters. We apologize for that and this is the reason why we agreed the 100 Euros discount you asked us. Really, we were sorry and very surprised when we read your complains, and we would be glad to welcome you again soon at Borgo Giustiniani.
