I answer not so much for the negative vote (everyone is free to judge) but to make readers understand what kind of customer we had to deal with.
As soon as you arrived you took possession of the room and the children were playing with our kittens in the garden of the structure that in January can certainly not be bloomed as in May.
At breakfast everything went well so much so that we had found specially hot chocolate as requested by his children despite it is a product that we usually do not have. I challenge any child not to appreciate anything about our breakfast made of juices, yoghurt, fruit, nutella, homemade cakes, milk etc..
In the evening you dined and enjoyed our cuisine and congratulated us on the management.
But at a certain point the unlikely happens: you tell me that due to a sudden problem your staff would have to return home 1 day earlier ... and I, as I usually do, I replied that I was sorry but that you would still have to pay for the entire stay (as per our internal policy). Open the sky ... you rose up against us (more you than your miles to tell the truth) saying that you had a serious problem ... that I could not understand ... and that you did not want to pay the night already booked.
From that moment on, the dinner (you had just cleaned the dishes) sucked, the cats (with whom the children had played the night before) smelled, the room (which was initially perfect) was dirty ...etc. ....
In addition, to help you I applied a discount of 30.00 euros to the total account (but you forgot to highlight this). I'm too annoyed if you change your version and law just because you don't want to pay. Customers from "no comment" like you are kindly requested to book elsewhere.
