The accommodation
The complex comprisesnewly built two and three-room apartments with terraces.
The tastefully furnished apartments feature well-equipped kitchens, satellite TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, use of a washing machine, bed linen and kitchen and bathroom towels.
The accommodation leads directly on to the garden and patio, where you’ll find tables and chairs for enjoying the far-reaching scenery and lake views in total comfort.
You’ll also find a stunning swimming pool with solarium, comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, bicycle storage, a barbecue and grill zone and a play area, all you need for a laid back break.

Dear customer,
In the interest of all and in full compliance with the various provisions that have been issued to limit the spread of the epidemiological emergency COVID-19, we have prepared the most appropriate precautions to ensure the absolute security of our structure.
To maintain this condition consistently, we felt it was necessary to make various provisions, including the need to provide quota access to public areas, to avoid gatherings, to reduce durability inside, and to maintain a safety distance of at least one meter between the two different people who occupy them.
All rooms of the farmhouse (including the workplaces) are subject to careful daily cleaning, hygiene and regular disinfection with certain products as well as containers for sprays, gels or liquid hand disinfectants.
After each departure, the complete disinfection of the above-mentioned rooms and the renovation of all surfaces with which the guest has come into contact (keys, handles, switches, drawers, bedside tables, chairs, tables, remote controls, cupboards, etc.) are guaranteed.
Cleaners must replace gloves and wash hands thoroughly after each phase of the cleaning cycle.
All of our employees must use individual protective devices, ensure compliance with safety measures and constant ventilation of the rooms.
Access to the structure's premises is not permitted to persons (employees and non-employees) with symptoms
due to respiratory infection or fever or close contact with high risk of exposure to positive people for the virus in the past 14 days.
We are also available to provide further explanations on the other measures taken by our structure, including with regard to safety at work and cultural, leisure and leisure activities.
Aware that the regulatory framework is constantly evolving, our measures are constantly updated and adapted based on future information and provisions from the responsible authorities.
We also trust in the active cooperation of the guests and are sure that we can offer our services in complete security without compromising the comfort of the stay.
