I made myself available for all your needs and questions. You asked me for all kinds of information, I supported you even with maps I drew because you do not use Google Maps.
But why did you not report to me verbally these issues you wrote? We would have solved them together, since you still have 4 nights left to spend at the Thistle.
The amenities we offer are as listed on our website, nothing more nothing less.
The glass in the room has a small crack in the fixed part, it is not broken; the shower door was only unlocked during cleaning and it only takes one click to reposition it; the television is of the latest generation with international channels and of course has French channels as well; the shower hose, if indeed broken as you write, I would have replaced it immediately as soon as it was pointed out.
On the other hand, I can't do much with guests like you who already upon arrival showed distrust when I asked you for privacy consent (a legal obligation) urging a detailed explanation of our use of personal data, or who also assigned me 3.5 in the location, when it is defined by all our guests as strategic and quiet, or who complain if my neighbors cut the grass for 1 hour or so a day, when the rest of the day is just chirping birds.
