The agriturismo
The Is Concais farmhouse is totally immersed in nature. Its location allows quick access to Is Zuddas and Su Mannau, the temple of Anthas, the Nuraghi of Seruci, and the medieval village.
The lawn is equipped for children's games; adults can read and enjoy the coolness. There is also ample enclosed parking for cars on the property, with clotheslines, power and water outlets for cleaning cars and sea gear.
It is very close to most of the beaches in the area: Sant'Antioco, Carloforte, Chia and the dunes of Porto Pino.
The accommodation
Thefarm is surrounded by greenery; it is located in the south of Sardinia and is home to the newly built Is Concais farmhouse, with full respect for the surrounding environment and the oldest farming traditions
Children will be able to learn more about those protagonists of nature that they may never have seen except in books or on television. The farmhouse offers a sure opportunity to relax in a rustic, but at the same time comfortable and stately environment.
The facility is divided into two bodies: one converted from an old stable and includes dining room, reception, fireplace, TV room. The room with 90 covers is newly built, with a wooden roof; it is cool and cozy. Breakfast, lunch or dinner will be served upon request.
The newly built second body includes 9 double rooms on one floor with wooden roof and all amenities: air conditioning, private bathroom, TV and veranda. Guests can enjoy an outdoor veranda with a view and entrance with lawn; it is a relaxing spot, where you can read, have breakfast and watch TV.
Also within walking distance are the stables and riding stables.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo is a stone's throw from the lake of Mount Pranu, surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, where it is possible to go hiking, biking or horseback riding; enthusiasts can visit several nuraghi that are still intact.
It is located near several urban centers of historical and archaeological interest, including the medieval village of Tratalias with the cathedral of Santa Maria di Monserrato from 1200 AD, the Is Zuddas caves of Santadi, and various archaeological sites.
It is located a few kilometers from the beautiful and unspoiled island of Sant'Antioco in an enchanting oasis of tranquility nestled in the green sulcis, where there are several beaches, such as Maladroxia, Coe'cuaddus, Cala Signora.
Other beauties to visit are Porto Pino beach with its beautiful white sand dunes and Porto Botte beach, a popular destination for kite surfers.
