The agriturismo

The farm is located in the village of Malchina, a place rich in history, 5 minutes from the sea, among the vineyards and olive groves of the Karst, in a quiet and peaceful area.



Guests can taste the organic wine produced by the farm and relax in the sauna (Turkish and Finnish) or with the whirlpool.



The surroundings are full of paths to do on foot or by mountain bike with the possibility of visiting the trenches of the Great War or immerse yourself in the woods.

The accommodation

Guest accommodation is provided in 7 rooms, with tasteful wooden furnishings and beams, offering all the home comforts you could need (including fridges and safes). Each room is named after the member of the family who selected the furnishings and colours of that particular room.

 

There are two saunas available (Turkish and Finnish), along with a whirlpool tub, a silent relaxation room and a room for reading and relaxing with friends.

There is also a dining room where guests can enjoy the generous breakfasts prepared using the farm’s own organic produce and offering a range of traditional flavours, a tasting room and a wine cellar where guests can experience the characteristic Karst caves.

Activities and surrounding

Guests can visit Trieste (12 km), Aquileia (20 km), an ancient Roman city known for its mosaic pavements and the concerts in its Basilica, the Duino Castle (5 km) with its stunning hamlet and marina, Redipuglia and its First World War history, and the Grotta Gigante, Europe's largest, most spectacular cave.

5 minutes takes you to Sistiana bay for a refreshing dip or to dance the night away.
