Starting from 20/07 and in August, overnight stay is minimum 7 days.
Check-in and check-out
Once in possession of the keys guests will be required to keep them and hand them over when leaving the rooms.
-Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator that is located under the desk, wifi ,TV,bath and bed linen, air conditioning or heating
-On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated no later than 10.00 am, to allow the rooms to be arranged for subsequent guests.
THE KITCHEN for COMMON USE WILL BE AT CUSTOMER'S DISPOSAL FOR THE PREPARATION OF BREAKFAST according to their own tastes and schedules , LUNCH OR DINNER, SO THE KITCHEN MUST BE KEEP CLEAN IN RESPECT OF ALL
ACCOUNT BALANCE
The balance must be paid by the end of the stay, in cash or by prior arrangement by deposit to the postal account in the owner's name. There is no possibility to pay with cards or ATMson site. Cash withdrawal is possible at the ATM located in Cardedu (at library, in front of the carabinieri barracks)
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL During the stay,any early departure and/or cancellation of any kind inherent in the stay is non-refundable. YOU WILL STILL BE ASKED FOR THE FULL AGREED AMOUNT!
BEDROOM CLEANING.
The facility staff will clean the rooms when guests change, if they stay more than a week, cleaning and linen change will be done every 7 days
BREAKFAST Breakfast will be served in the open veranda or in the kitchen room of the facility strictly from 8.00 am to 9.15 am unless otherwise agreed with Laura the previous day (emergencies ). In case of delay, breakfast will not be served. The treatment can be purchased online at the time of booking.
PROHIBITIONS
Smoking in the room is strictly prohibited.
It is strongly advised not to consume food and drinks inside the rooms so as not to have unwanted guests (ants)
It is not allowed to bring animals inside the rooms, any four-legged guests must be placed outside, and guarded so that they can not cause damage to things or people.
ROOM REGULATIONS
- Rooms must be kept tidy and clean;
- Guests are requested to follow the rules of waste separation by using the containers placed outside the rooms.
- Each guest will be required to compensate for any damage caused to the facility and its furnishings, special attention must be paid to the custody and return of the keys at check out.
- The facility will not be responsible for any valuables that may be left unattended by the owners.
