The holiday farm is situated in Miglianico, within the splendid hills of Chieti province, hills which extend from the Parco Nazionale della Maiella to the beaches of Francavilla al Mare.
It is a bed and breakfast composed by 9 rooms all en suite, and the restaurant which proposes both traditional and non-traditional local dishes, prepared with the highest standards of culinary art.
Both the restaurant and B&B are immersed in the estate 50 hectares estate of cultivated vineyards, olive groves, vegetable gardens, orchards and a farmhouse, with a variety of animals, surrounded by a few hectares of forest. It is in this indulging environment that the company produces and sells various goods like olive oil, wine, honey, pastes, jams, meats and salt meat from the original open-air breeding grounds of the “Maiale Nero” (black pork).

The Casa Rossa, with 9 en suite rooms, each furnished with extreme care, provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy a truly pleasant stay. In the ground level are two halls, one with living room and fireplace, which offer the perfect setting for a delightful breakfast, pleasant reading or simply to enjoy some company. The surrounding countryside and spectacular views of the sea of Francavilla al Mare, Teatino hillsides, the Gran Sasso and the forest of Campoletizia are but a few of the suggestions at the guests’ complete disposal.
The tavern welcomes its guests with dishes typical of the traditions of Abruzzo, prepared with the utmost care by Letizia and Livia. Situated in the midst of a small forest of oak trees, with the seaside on one side, and the mountains on the other, it provides a warm and welcoming setting.
