The farmhouse is immersed in the green “abruzzese” country, on the feet of Maiella, the highest mountain of Centre Italy, and it’s situated on a hill, at the height of 420 mt, located in a panoramic position with a beautiful view on the Bomba lake, dominated by the ancient feud of Montebello, once owned by Francis Caracciolo, the Saint protector of Cooks and the patron of Villa Santa Maria, the town that this enchanting spot belongs to. The farm spreads out on an area of 70 hectares of land, partly wood and partly cultivated: vineyard, orchard, olive yard and wheat, of course all biological.

The complex is wholly built of stone and spreads out multilevel. From parking area you can quickly go up and get to a restaurant, a bar and an indoor swimming pool. Upstairs there are rooms and apartments, furnished in a rustic style with wood furnitures. All the rooms and the apartments have their own bathroom and tv. In front of them there is a relax room, where a billiard table and a projector are at disposal of customers. The dining room is very bright and in summer it’s possible to taste our specialties under a roof, with an enraptured look towards a breathtaking view.
The restaurant offers a wide selection of local dishes and homemade products, such as: salami and cold cooked meats, bread and pizza, eggs noodles, local lamb, sweets and home made wine. The wine is obtained by processing three different grape varieties: Montelpulciano, Sangiovese and Trebbiano.
