A soft embrace, between the countryside and the sea. This is how Livantea AgriResort & Residence welcomes travelers to Otranto.
Thanks to the happy choices of the Tenore family, a former oil mill of almost a thousand square meters has become an oasis of serenity. In the twelve one- and two-bedroom apartments, in Residence or Hotel formula, you can find the colors, brightness and strength of Salento.
The accommodation
Livantea is a former oil mill from which 12 one- and two-bedroom accommodations have been reconstructed, all with private gardens and finely furnished.
They are equipped with a kitchenette and have everything you need: dishwasher, microhorns, coffee maker, induction hob, bed linen, bathroom, kitchen. Daily cleaning is provided.
Harmony and simplicity transcend the walls of the 12 lodgings, made out of a former oil mill. Interior and exterior are one thanks to the large glass doors, which open onto private gardens and further out onto the lawn, the pool framed by theolive grove as far as the eye can see, to the secretcitrus grove, protected by a high stone wall.
Sleep long, stroll aimlessly, taste the extra virgin olive oil produced on the farm, slow the pace.
Everything is possible here.

Welcome to a magical place in Salento, which offers breathtaking sunrises, endless horizons, unique flavors. Livantea AgriResort & Residence is in the countryside one and a half kilometers from the beaches and two from the ancient town of Otranto, which can also be reached on foot or by bicycle.
In a matter of minutes you can reach Lecce, a triumph of Baroque, the Grecìa Salentina where the ancient Griko language still resounds, the seaside villages along the Adriatic coast, such as Santa Cesarea Terme and Castro or on the opposite side Gallipoli, moving from cliffs to golden beaches.
White sandy bays and crystal-clear waters await you 3 km from the property.
It is possible to book aboat trip to admire the beauty of the sea or a horseback ride er explore farms, abbeys and the beautiful Salento countryside with its scents.
