The agriturismo
Let yourself be pampered! In the frame of an ancient olive grove, a handful of kilometers from the crystalline beaches of the Ionian coast, you can let yourself be lulled by the song of cicadas, a spoiled aperitif watching the sunset, a nature that speaks of history, a cuisine made of traditions and passion, but above all from the proverbial Salento hospitality!
The accommodation
The centuries-old olive trees are the setting for our Agriturismo. We are in the southernmost part of Puglia, Salento, surrounded by greenery and tranquility of the Mediterranean, just 3 km from the crystal clear sea and the white beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo. There are very few km’s that separate TERREAMARE from the main centers of cultural and scenic interests of Salento: Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto, Ostuni and many others.
Activities and surrounding
TerreAmare is a place where you can relax, away from the confusion, but at the same time, in a central position to reach cultural sites, vacationers, sea, city etc ... The beaches of Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo, Punta Prosciutto are a a few minutes drive. In addition to enjoying the crystal clear sea and fine white beaches, for the most demanding, you can snorkel, rent a sailboat, or take a catamaran ride, enjoying a typical aperitif on board. At 20 minutes we find Porto Selvaggio where a natural and uncontaminated landscape, breathtaking. Lecce, Galatina, Nardò and other less well-known centers, but in which the Lecce Baroque is the protagonist, are at most 30 minutes by car. Gallipoli, Otranto, Maglie, Santa Maria di Leuca which are certainly the most touristic centers in the area, which deserve to be visited. If, however, you want to let yourself be lulled by the surrounding nature, there are pleasant paths for trekking, or a simple walk through olive groves and Mediterranean scrub.
