The agriturismo
Il castello di Manu e Rilu is a recently renovated and furnished late 19th century mansion, nestled in the countryside about 5 km from the sea and the nearby town of Roccella Ionica, pearl of the jasmine coast and blue flag for 20 years for the beauty and cleanliness of the sea and green for the services offered to families and children.
It has 10 beds in 3 bedrooms, each with en suite/ exclusive use bathroom and air conditioning.
The accommodation
The property is on two floors, has no elevator but an ancient staircase inside from which the bedrooms are accessed. One of the bedrooms also has independent access from the garden, from an outside staircase.
On the ground floor is the living area
, equipped with a kitchen complete with appliances and dishes and two dining rooms with tables chairs sofa and color TV available to guests. This area is shared.
On the second floor is the sleeping area.
There are 3 bedrooms that can accommodate 2 to 4 guests, for a total of 10 beds. The facility is rented preferably in its entirety.
The green room
has one double and one single bed and has an outdoor annex with 2 more beds. The room and the annex have an outdoor bathroom (with shower stall) adjacent to the rooms and for their exclusive use.
The yellow room
has a double bed and has an indoor bathroom with shower stall. An additional crib can be added if necessary. If necessary, the yellow room can be communicating with the brown room.
The brown room
has a double bed and a full-size bed. It has an en suite bathroom with a shower stall. It has two entrances: one outside from the garden and one shared with the yellow room.
Also available to guests is a large garden with fruit and vegetable trees and free parking .
