Minimum stay in high season 7 nights, preferably Saturday to Saturday.; any additional beds or cribs will be calculated separately.

Extra Services: compulsory final cleaning price for baita casa del fattore euro 70,00; baita frantoiana euro 70,00; baita cerasella euro 200,00; baita ginestra euro 200,00 ; any daily cleaning on request euro 12,00 per hour, any linen change on request euro 20,00 per room. Compulsory utilities (water, electricity and gas) euro 10.00 per day for all the lodges; for Baita Ginestra and Cerasella (with Jacuzzi) instead they are on consumption.

The spa area for a fee is bookable subject to availability upon arrival at the lodge and includes access to the Water World, indoor heated pool with whirlpool and thalassotherapy , access to the Mediterranean with Turkish bath and emotional shower with chromotherapy as well as the possibility to stop in the relaxation area with tea corner. Entrance to the spa is forbidden to those under 18 years of age. It will also be possible to book beauty treatments and massages also for couples .
