The agriturismo

The farmhouse is located just 5 km from Modigliana and Tredozio and is based on true rural family hospitality, with direct contact with nature and the healthy and genuine cuisine of Manuela. It is possible to use the restaurant service, with a unique menu (mainly vegetarian), prepared with own and local products.

The estate has 20 hectares dedicated to the cultivation of Muller Thurgau, Sangiovese, Cabernet and Chardonnay vines, which produce the wine that guests can taste and buy in the farm cellar.

The accommodation

Hospitality is offered in apartments:

-Apartment Marianna: thisguest apartment overlooks the garden, and is obtained in the structure "Cà Gianna". It has a large kitchen with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with the possibility of adding beds for children;

- Apartments Roma, Vienna and Madrid: these 3 apartments are located in the structure "Borgorosso", the house that in 1970 was the set of the film "Il Presidente del Borgorosso Football Club" starring Alberto Sordi. The house is equipped with solar panels, which provide hot water, and a centralized boiler that runs on wood/gasoline. Each apartment has independent heating, bathroom and kitchen: Apartment Roma has 3 double rooms; Vienna has two triple rooms; Madrid has a room with 3 beds.

 

In addition to the vineyards, the farm grows cherries, especially the "durone" quality, which guests can buy on the farm after having personally picked them. The branches of the trees, intentionally low, can also be reached by children. You can also taste the Elderflower syrup.

The farmhouse is just a few km from the Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi, with over 600 km of trails, 20 itineraries dedicated to mountain biking, 9 nature trails and 2 high accessibility trails that can also be used by blind people, people in wheelchairs or people with walking difficulties.

The city of Faenza is 30 km away and Ravenna and Bologna, the Romagna coast, Cesenatico, Milano Marittima and Rimini are just an hour away.
