Booking/Cancellation Conditions: Upon booking, a deposit of 60% of the entire stay is required via bank transfer. Cancellation is free of charge if made before 8 days from the date of arrival and you will be refunded the full amount of the deposit. Otherwise, if cancellation is made 7 days before arrival, the deposit will not be returned.
In case of early check-out, the nights already enjoyed must be paid in full in addition to 80% of the missing nights. The total balance must be paid at the facility before departure.
Children: up to 2 years old free of charge if provided with their own crib. All children ages 3 to 13 pay 40 euros per night, including breakfast in mid-season. In high season the price will be 45 euros
Discounts: Contact us to get a discounted offer for long stays. Discounted offers are applicable throughout the year with the exception of high season periods (Easter, April 25, May 1, June 2, August 15,November 1 and Christmas holidays).
The cost of the double room for single use is 100 euros, including breakfast, for the first night. Subsequent nights will cost 70 euros, per night, including breakfast. Duringthe high season (Easter, April 25, May 1, June 2, Ferragosto, November 1 and Christmas holidays) the cost of the double room for single use will be 105 euros, per night, including breakfast.
Room cleaning and tidying: On request with an extra charge of 8 euros per room. Out of respect for the environment, towels will be changed only after the 4th day of overnight stay . The early change of these will be made on request and for a fee of 5 euros per complete.
Pets: allowed on condition of well-behaved owners. It is mandatory to keep the dog on a leash inside the property. Supplement of 15 euros for their stay.
