The agriturismo
A stern farm-house located in Bagnoregio, on the top of a hill with a wonderful sight of fields and woods extending as far as the eye can see, from the near blue water of the Lake of Bolsena and the surrounding hills to the peaks of the Appennini mountains. It offers six flats.
The accommodation
It's an ancient building dating back to 1610 and recently restored reflecting its original architecture with large and strong walls and into its cosy apartments. Close to the main building a small old cellar is typically carved into the rock.
The building is located into a natural park inhabited by wild pigs, hares and pheasants that give the visitors a feeling of ancient fable. The farm-house is built on two floors and hosts six tastefully and ancient style furnished flats, each with its own independent entrance, kitchen and private strongbox.

Activities and surrounding
It's is supplied with all comforts, such as the swimming-pool and the ancient oven to enjoy open-air barbecues. You may also keep being up to date and watch your favorite programs using our satellite TV or you may organize events and meetings in the meeting hall.
Visitors can spend their free time walking or riding bikes in the wooden hill breathing pure and healthy air, children can run and play freely without taking any risk.
Plunged in the silence and quiet of the surrounding nature, it is only a few kilometetres far from the A1 "Autostrada del Sole", exit Orvieto, and can be easily reached trough the s.s. Casentinere road. The area, located at the borders between Latium and Umbria, is well linked with the roads that lead in few minutes to the various towns nearby; Civita di Bagnoregio, better knew as "the dying town"; Bolsena, the homonymous lake and the wonderful coast towns; Orvieto and the marvelous cathedral; Montefiascone, its huge dome and the famous vintage wine Est Est Est; Viterbo, "the city of Popes". Rome is also not far, and the beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea are even closer.
