Casa del Bosco

The agritourism was originally a seventeenth century villa renovated by the Esteemed Prof. Giacomo Devoto (known for his dictionary of the Italian language), in a panoramic position overlooking the town and the valley below. The structure was recently renovated with respect to the rustic authenticity of the interior and its decor is done in stone and antique wood, contributing to the creation of an atmosphere that is typical of past eras.

There are four rooms available to guests:
"The Professor's Room" - a matrimonial suite with bath, double sofa bed and a pleasant panoramic view.
The Owner's Room" - a matrimonial room with sofa bed, fireplace and bath.
"Beautiful City-view Room", a double room with bath and a panoramic view of the town.
"Beautiful Valley-view Room"-a double room with bath and a view of the valley.

The terrace with the pool and solarium area is perfect to conteplate the nature and relaxing in freshness

The dining room, where traditional Genovese meals are served was originally an ancient wine cellar that is partially dug out of the rock, enriched by visible stone arches and wood and slate floors.

The land around the villa is home to a beech, fir, chestnut and fern forest with a chanting stream and some waterfalls. Just a short distance away is the typical terracing found in the region, cultivated with grapes, olives and fruit; there is also a company vegetable garden that yields the fresh produce used in the kitchens.
