In a privileged place for natural resources, archaeological and cultural, the Azienda Agricola Monteverde lies on a hill of about 7 acres at the foot of Castelnuovo Magra in the province of La Spezia. The unique sea of Cinque Terre, the green of Versilia and the Park of Apuan Alps, framed by the company that is located 6 km from the coast. Vineyards, olive groves and fruit trees are cultivated with passion and professionalism. The farmhouse produces: jams, vegetables, organic eggs. Direct sales of Colli di Luni DOC wines and extra virgin olive oil.

The farmhouse is situated in two old Ligurian farmhouses recovered in respect of the local architectural tradition. Guests have spacious interiors and exteriors, all apartments are equipped with bathroom, heating, air conditioning and a garden level, excluding apartments Edera, Iris and Ginestra on the first floor.
Pricing of apartments includes: weekly cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating, air conditioning, farm tours, parking, barbecue, swimming pool and gym (with Technogym equipment). There is no service catering. On request: lessons water aerobics, fitness with a personal trainer, shiatsu massage, daily cleaning, babysitting and laundry.
