The agriturismo
The farmhouse is located in a typical Ligurian village, in a recently renovated 18th century building, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and Mediterranean scrub. The happy location of Garlenda allows to reach in a short time the sea, the mountains, the ancient cities and the fashionable ones, offering everyone the possibility to live their holiday as they prefer.
The accommodation
The receptive structure is located in anancient house restructured maintaining intact its essentiality, leaving where possible the stones in sight. The farmhouse is surrounded by a beautiful vineyard composed mainly of pergolas and rows of ancient vines. There are 20 beds, divided into four housing solutions equipped with washing machine, television, small appliances of daily use, kitchen equipment and dishes.
Il Pergolato is on the second floor and its name comes from a magnificentcovered terrace, equipped with table and chairs. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a combined refrigerator. It can accommodate up to 9 guests divided into two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom and a sofa bed. The maximum price is € 950,00 per week.
Il Filare has two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The maximum price is € 550,00 per week. While Acinohas a double bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The maximum price is € 350,00 per week. Both are on the first floor and can accommodate 5 and 2 people respectively.
Il Tralcio is instead located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has a large double bedroom, with an old bed for children up to 10 years, a living room with kitchenette, is equipped with dishwasher and in the living room there is a double sofa bed. The maximum price is € 450.00 per week.
Don't hesitate to ask for a personalized quote to the managers and, according to the number of people and the periods required, the best price will be formulated.
In front of the house there is a fully fenced garden, in which there is the barbecue area, tables for grilling, sunbeds and games for children, a little further on the parking lot reserved for guests, recently enlarged.
In a room on the ground floor there are bicycles for all ages, barbecue equipment, clotheslines and clothespins, and other equipment available to guests.
Activities and surrounding
During your holiday you can visit ancient buildings ( Castle, Churches) and practice many sports, including golf, tennis and trekking. The marked paths offer the cue for walks in the nature, the mythical 500 has its own museum and an international meeting.
From Garlenda you can reach in 10 minutes the beautiful beaches of Alassio or Albenga , make excursions to the Gallinara Island, visit the historic centers of Imperia - Porto Maurizio, Triora with its witches, Sanremo or go across the border to visit Monte Carlo . It is possible to visit the water park of Ceriale or the Aquarium ofGenoa and reach the Ligurian Alps.
The activities carried out within the farm are related to the cultivation of the vineyard, olive trees, fruit and ornamental plants.
