The apartments are divided into 2 studio apartments overlooking the pool, 4 one-bedroom apartments on the second floor, 2 two-bedroom apartments one of which overlooks the pool and the other on the second floor, and 1 four-bedroom apartment on the ground floor.

The two studio apartments include a nice and complete kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom , and 1 double bed. The sleeping and living areas are divided by a curtain.

The 4 2-room apartments include a nice and complete kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom , and a bedroom with 1 double bed. One of them also has 1 single bed in the master bedroom.

The three-room apartment on the ground floor overlooking the pool includes a nice, full kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

The three-room apartment on the second floor includes a nice, full kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, bedroom with 1 double bed, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

The four-room apartment includes a nice and complete kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, 1 room with 1 double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, and 1 room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.

Amenities included in the price of the apartments are use of the swimming pool, breakfast, final cleaning, linens and towels.

Breakfast ranges from sweet to savory thanks to an extensive menu that includes brioches, pancakes, home-made jams and cakes, yogurt, cereals, fruit, cold meats, cheeses, bread and eggs. Beverages are served thanks to a sophisticated coffee machine with fresh milk.

The pool area can accommodate a high number of people as the pool itself is very large, is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, a bar area where cold snacks such as homemade cold cuts, home-made giardiniera , and a large garden with beach volleyball court, table tennis and table soccer are served.

The meeting room can be used upon request both for business purposes and for events such as weddings or birthdays.

Other services offered by the facility include bicycle rental and special lunches or dinners upon request.

The farmhouse is close to many Pachi del Garda such as Gardaland, Sealife, Movieland, Caneva, Terme di Villa dei Cedri, Parco Sigurtà, and Parco Natura Viva, for visits to which facilities are available for guests.

Facilities are also available for boat and pedal boat rentals and beaches in the surrounding area.
