Farmhouse surrounded by olive trees & vineyards and immersed in the tranquil hills south of Lake Garda, in a beautiful panoramic position only 5 Km from the lake. The farmhouse has four double rooms with private bathroom and air-conditioning. Guests can also enjoy a traditional cuisine dinner.

Olive and oak trees cover a corner of the hill, in which the farmhouse cradles. Geronimo & Silver, two lovely horses, greet you as you follow the entrance road into the delightful grounds of Novoi.
You are immediately aware of a genuine family atmosphere and you only hear the sounds of nature whilst walking in the surrounding green and pleasant hills, even when it is dark there is still a surprise when the nearby villages are floodlit, creating a fairytale effect.
To improve your well-being you can bathe in the private swimming pool, in the shade of a Cyprus tree.
The farm has four air conditioned rooms, with bathrooms ensuite.
Breakfast is designed to satisfy international tastes, using genuine local ingredients; breakfast is served in a room with an ambience that only ancient wood and stone can create. Possibility to have dinner.
