The agriturismo
Located in Vermezzo, Mahthildis, formerly known as Cascina Grande, is a farm of ancient origins, which has earned the adjective "Grande" not only because of the majesty of the place, but also because of its social weight in the landscape of the area.
It is a unique place between art and nature on the outskirts of Milan: the facade of Milan's Castello Sforzesco has been reproduced in the inner courtyard, thus merging medieval and agricultural styles in a perfect union.

At Mahthildis it is possible to stay in comfortable rooms, all with attention to detail to make the experience unique and exclusive.
As you walk through the farmhouse, you will still find battlements of farm dwellings, brick silos in the shape of defensive towers and barns that mimic the architecture of three-nave churches. A series of majestic frescoes by Perini also stand out in the central courtyard.
Hues, sculptures and furnishings define the space in an elegant and refined manner, ensuring maximum comfort in an environment charged with style.

The farm produces a fine quality of Carnaroli rice, thanks to the care and love with which the land is cultivated, just as predecessors had done.
