The agriturismo
Family-run since 1997, the farmhouse is located in the heart of the Natural Reserve of Mount Conero Park, along the Adriatic coast of Ancona, on the hill overlooking the valley crossed by the river Betellico, from which it takes its name.
The beaches of Portonovo, Sirolo and Numana, famous for their Blue Flags, are 3 km away.

The accommodation
The estate offers one apartment and several double and triple bedrooms. Around the farmhouses of the agriturismo are large gardens for relaxation.
The rooms, all with bathroom and shower, are comfortable, rustic settings, with mini bar and TV. With a north-east to south-east exposure at the foot of the Conero valley, they benefit from a cool breeze from the sea.
3 double rooms - a junior suite, a suite and an imperial suite – can be transformed into an apartment to sleep 6 to 9 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Dining room, kitchen and balcony are available to the guests of the apartment. The wide rooms have mini bar, TV and bathroom with shower.
