The farmhouse lies within an estate of about seven hectares, and it has been recently restored with original materials and respecting ancient construction techniques. All materials and colours were chosen to create a perfect synthesis with the landscape.

Inside, in two large halls located on the ground floor, visitors will find the perfect environment to spend relaxing moments, and in Winter the large fireplace creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Rooms are four located on the first floor, each with a bathroom and separate entrance.
Yellow Room: double room with bath.
Orange Room: double room with bath.
Green Room: large room with double bed, bathroom and intermediate floor.
Blue Room: large room with double bed, bathroom and intermediate floor.

From pergola you can contemplate an enchanting panorama that stretches from the Colli Esini to the Apennines mountain.

The pool, just a few steps from the house, is on a natural terrace and offers a wonderful view over the whole valley of the river Misa until Mount Conero.
