The agriturismo
Charming farmhouse with 36 hectares of cultivated fields and vineyard, a tradition that has lasted more than 500 years. The entire property is part of the Regional Nature Reserve managed by the WWF, a protected area, near Jesi (a well-known city of art) and a few kilometers from the sea.
The accommodation
The farmhouse, typical of the Marche region, has been renovated with special care. Today it provides guests with independent suites , furnished with period furniture and equipped with central heating , spacious bathrooms with showers and a furnished porch for dining. A large living room with a fireplace, an industrial-style kitchen , panoramic swimming pool and garden complete the offer. Possibility of renting theentire property.
Verdicchio Apartment:
arranged on two floors, has independent entrance from the garden, ground floor with living room and kitchenette, upper floor with two bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower. Decorated ceilings with traditional beams, original walls covered with old exposed bricks, old family furniture, and magnificent view on two slopes (Vall'Esina and cultivated hills).
Activities and surrounding
On the farm, the garden and the countryside invite you to take long walks surrounded by mulberry trees, pine trees and young people. In the immediate vicinity of Jesi and the sea, the agritourism is part of the Regional Nature Reserve of the same name managed by the WWF and therefore guarantees the possibility of excursions of considerable naturalistic interest. In the surroundings it is also possible to practice sport fishing (5km), tennis (6km), golf (6km and 28km). The property is located 7km from Falconara airport, 15km from Ancona, 20km from the sea, 6km from the Ancona north exit of the A14 motorway and 7km from Jesi railway station. Also within easy reach are the Frasassi Caves, the largest in Europe (30 km), the Conero Riviera (34 km), Ancona, Urbino, Recanati, Loreto, destination of pilgrimages from all over the world. Shopping: directly in the factories: Tod's, Hogan, Genny, Prada. The Marche region has a strong popular tradition of festivals, fairs, historical re-enactments and local markets.
