The agriturismo
Thirteen kilometers from San Benedetto del Tronto, Aurora is a 40-year-old organic winery, which has restored a farmhouse, in the middle of the hills, almost at the end of a contrada, allocating part of it to accommodations for tourists who like peace and autonomy.
We are also 10 km from Offida and about 30 km from Ascoli Piceno, from where you can then reach various places in the Sibillini Mountains, which can be seen from the panoramic terrace.
The accommodation
The lodgings are 4 spacious studios (25 to 40 square meters) for 2-3 persons with a double bed, or two singles, bathroom and kitchenette equipped with two hot plates and refrigerator.
Some of the accommodations have a sofa bed that can be turned into a full-size bed to accommodate a third person or two small children. One of the accommodations also has a crib with wooden sides.
Wallheating and ventilation with fans.
The farmhouse is dedicated to all who love tranquility, in fact it is without a swimming pool, also due to environmental choices. However, it is located near the sea . The only noises heard during the day are possibly voices (not always because most of the accommodations are on the other side of the farmhouse from the farm area) and sometimes agricultural activities.
Animals are welcome, even the farmhouse managers have a dog and a cat, it is only asked that they are not left alone in the garden, since the male dog like all dogs is territorial, especially with males. There is no problem if the animals are left alone inside the accommodations, if well accustomed.
Those staying for a week will be made to find a complimentary bottle of wine.
Activities and surrounding
Location that allows you to reach the beach in about twenty minutes (San Benedetto), some of our guests prefer an extra 5 minutes and reach Grottammare.
Various villages in the surrounding area can be visited. from Offida to Ripatransone . The farmhouse is about 30 km from Ascoli Piceno, from where you can then reach various places in the Sibillini Mountains, which can be seen from the panoramic terrace. One of the members is a mountain enthusiast and will be able to recommend various destinations.
