The agriturismo
On the Picene hills, in Montalto (a town of medieval origins), the farm is located just 20 minutes from the golden beaches of the Adriatic Sea (San Benedetto del Tronto or Grottammare) and at the foot of the Sibillini Mountains.
It offers accommodation in comfortable apartments and a panoramic swimming pool with hydromassage.
The 23-hectare farm operates mainly in the field of organic farming. Guided tours of the land and fruit tastings can be arranged on request.
The accommodation
The structure has been recently restored.
It is reached by a path lined with cherry trees, all around woods, vineyards, orchards, olive groves, land expertly cultivated and in the background the picturesque profile of the Sibillini Mountains and the Aso Valley.
At guests' disposal, 4 apartments of various sizes and equipped with all amenities:
- I Ciliegi: on the ground floor, it consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living room with bunk beds. Outside garden.
